We have used Cindy and Arnold as our realtors for years! We bought our first home with them. We updated them on remodels of our home, and received holiday cards from them. They are truly genuine people. We are currently looking to sell and purchase another home. Cindy response in a timely prompt manor. They are always open for showing a home. She is there earlier to get the home open and ready. We wouldn’t want to use anyone else!

10/10 highly recommend for absolutely anybody looking for their *PERFECT* home. I had moved out to Florida recently and immediately within the first several weeks decided I’d rather return to NC, I had been living with my elderly grandmother who came from another country and was not very fluent in English, Cindy and her Husband made sure to carefully explain every detail and step of the home buying process, were very up front about housing expenses and conditions, always made time throughout their day to help explain paperwork or send more homes that were exactly what we were searching for, true miracle workers. Cindy and her Husband also came out to the home multiple times with us, showed us the condition, explained what work would be done, gave very good prices as well as recommended cheap local companies who could assist with renovations/fixing up. I could go on all day about how amazing this company is and how they helped my family find our perfect home. 11/10 I will always recommend Sinko Realty and we will be sure to call again whenever we feel it’s time to upgrade again!
